I'm loving the picture, I can't help but hope that you will finish it.... I do find myself wondering though, are you sure those clothes are Victorian? They look a little earlier than that to me, more Georgian (the set of three or so kings before Victoria, 1714 - 1820) It's the cuffs that seem a little more archaic....
Doesn't really matter though, the picture is still great!

I love the detail in his clothing and i think Remus and victorian style just kind of go together. Most of all i loce the chair with the claws on it, im guessing that is part of the chair. I would like to see more detail in the background in this picture if you could. His fingers are kind of clawish also, I wonder if that is a werewolf thing?

ah ok, well thats good then. Yea the not quite human thing is good i think, it wouldnt make sense if he looked completely normal. How else would everyone that he was a werewolf if he didnt look it at least a little bit? However i guess too much unhumaness would be bad other wise in PoA the whole DADA class would have figured him out besides Hermione.

dont worry. I start this pic about a year ago and i still like it alot, i'll definitly get some more detail in the background. I really wanted this pic to have one since it wouldn't make much sense to just have him at a desk....with a white blank background. the claws are part of the werewolf thing, as are the pointy ears. i like to make him not quite human when I draw him...since well, he isnt
