Please forgive me for criticizing an otherwise awesome piece but these borders you've been using seem to detract from most of the pieces. It worked ok on the winter piece you did as it kept with the theme of ice, but for this one it just seems out of place and drags down the quality a bit.
Otherwise the colors, shapes and forms are all very beautiful.

I love the lower two-thirds; however, the upper one-third detracts from the overall rendition. Specifically, the very bottom is fascinating. What do you think?

I wasn't certain if you wanted constructive remarks or not. You are such a magnificent artist, that your work speaks for itself. Once, I had someone ask me (seriously ask - hounded me) to look over her poetry and to make recommendations. I knew that what she wanted was to impress me. I made a few critical remarks..........She never spoke to me again. You just never know.

yeah i know, the most im amuzed by these *great artists* who blame others for not being able to take critisism and then when you comment on their pieces with that same critisism, they get offended.. Of course their art is always perfect and it's the others who need critisim to improve
What comes to me, im always open for constructive critisims (although i must admit im very bad at giving it myself), it tells me that someone took the time to view and think about it
But im definately not open to suggestions (as was once made to me by one of these *great artists*) such as 'can i feature your deviation in my journal as an example of bad taste'.. heheee well i guess i cant take the joke
