yay Kyo! Once upon a time I was a huge Fruits Basket fan, and getting commissioned a chibi monster Kyo really made me nostalgic lol.He turned out a lot more animal-like than I would have liked, but I'm still not displeased with the result. His colors are slightly more vibrant in real life, my camera decided to tone them down and photoshop just made the pictures look incredibly bad when I tried to fix the colors more than this.
Speaking of color, monster Kyo is one of those characters that never appear in the original manga in color. So I went with what seemed to be his color in the anime. I've also seen some people depict him in a brownish color, but I thought the green was more appropriate.
Overall he was a fun challenge. Getting all those shapes right took me a few tries ahah. He sits at 9 inches tall and is made out of minky.

The commissioner and I debated what color to make him since we couldn't find any refs that showed his color properly, so we decided to go with this green because it felt more appropriate given monster Kyo's nature

he is, but this is his "true form" that he takes on when he's not wearing his bracelet. It's only seen once for a very short time in the series, then it's completely forgotten about lol

He looks great, my only thing (and this is really just personal preference so don't take it to heart) is his colour. In the anime he looks more browny than green to me [link] and in the manga I imagined him to be more of a dirty, brownish orange. Like his cat form but 'tainted' I guess?
Not that it matters, so long as you and the commissioner are happy. I like seeing what you do outside of ponies. It's always something new.
