What a complex design! How do you keep the fragile bits from breaking? My designs tend to break off if there are parts that stick out.

You have to iron them well, make the connections bigger. And what kind of beads do you use? A lot of people are using Hama or Perler, I used SES for this one.

I see. I use hama beads, but I find that if I iron them too much, they melt a whole lot and the holes disappear!

For Hama beads, don't turn the iron on the max. I have mine on 3/4th, to keep the boards from bending. I can also check how melted I want the beads without directly melting them too much.
