Go, Penny, go! Fair warning, they turn into dinosaurs when they have chicks. Seriously. I can't even describe the sounds that they make, other than 'dinosaur noises'.
P.S. How is she doing with outside time? Getting any braver?

I'd send some lovely soft wool batting but smuggling it into Canada will be difficult. Wool soaks up so much water and my cousins off the Coast refuse to paddle it into you.
