stock photos from shadoezachariah & gettystone.just a piece that came from random inspiration ... i saw the original photo and i got to thinking about an image like this, and the idea evolved to the point where i couldn't NOT try my hand at it.
i feel pretty accomplished.

The fact that he is a male angel is very unique. You blended this very well, and your treatment o fhtis does have the many layered depth feeling of renaissance paintings. The eyes are a nice touch. I would perhaps though like some more definition on what he is wearing though. It looks almsot like he is painted blue instead of actually wearing soemthing. other than that. this is a very nice manip

Beautiful photomanipulation. The eyes are absolutely stunning and so eerie! I love the wings, though perhaps a bit more feathery texture could be added to them. The halo could use a glow but the picture as a whole and the pose you chose are splendid. Great job!!

by the way, the wings aren't "textured". i took the original and pretty much painted them myself, especially the shading ... but if you found the original, you'l see i did a LOT of retouching and painting on them.
i tried to go for a feel more like that of a painting done in the renaissance era.

oh wow this is beautiful. On this website you tend to see alot of females with wings but never any guys. This makes a change. His body postion is very unique aswell. Very beautiful and inspiring piece. Keep it up!!
