I had been working through plot elements of our D&D 4E roleplaying campaign when I realised that things were getting so dire that it was logical for the most powerful and respected heroes to gather and ask the question why they weren't being involved. I've had quite a powerful NPC leading the characters gently through the plot and it his me that it was about time his actions were questioned. So, I had to make up some other powerful NPCs to do that. This is the first completed render of one of those NPCs.

Her name is Tempest and she's a high-elf from the Kingdom of Silva. She'd say her hobbies are subterfuge, stealth, disguise and diplomacy and working in the shadows to bring down foreign governments.
