-Louis is an exceptionally ambitious person, when met with a goal he'll push to beat it, and go beyond it, even if it's not so possible. His ambitious personality has also helped make him a VERY competitive person, he's got a nasty habit of purposely trying to go against other people in just about everything, it doesn't matter if it wasn't meant to be a race before it is now, the level of seriousness in his challenges is pretty hit, and miss, sometimes seeming like life, and death to him, and sometimes just for fun.
-Above all else, Louis definitely looks like a charmer, and when pushed to he can definitely sweep one, or two people off their feet, he doesn't know much of what to do after that, but hey, he got somewhere. His true personality isn't actually the most charming thing in the world, but hey, fake it, and you can probably make it.
-Louis is not the biggest flirt, but he can definitely be flirtatious, his flirting is usually meant to be nothing, but a friendly little gesture, and it mostly doesn't sound like anything serious, though it may escalate to something more serious depending on the feedback. It's unlikely he'll take the initiative to go anywhere else above some aggressive flirting, dirty jokes, and whatever else, he likes making other people do that for him, jfc Louis....
-He could definitely be called a drama queen with how he acts sometimes, he likes to purposely put some flare into what he does, and it can either be enjoyable, and quirky, or annoying to others. -Louis can come off as someone who doesn't take much serious, he likes to find humor in just about anything, a usually good trait, or atleast it is in his mind. -He is stubborn as a mule, no ifs, ans, or buts. If he wants to do something a certain way, he'll do it that way, and you can stop him. Louis, like many Tibumeru, suffers from amnesia brought on by some currently unknown source. Somewhere about a year ago Louis washed up on the shore slightly bruised, and bloodied, and entirely lacking any memory, and now he's pretty much running around without a care in the world, he doesn't seem entirely interested in getting his memory back, and he doesn't actually have any connections to anyone in the are, he's most likely a foreigner.
★ Bad Habits, or Specific Traits::
His eyes are weird looking, and he thinks it makes him look cool
His little tail fins can actually sorta of crawl, theyre like limbs pretty much
He pulls out feathers from seagulls, and uses them as padding for his armor, there are poor featherless sea gulls running around
He's got the sweetest taxi legs in the world
Walks on his toes, like even without shoes LOL...
Despite fire being hell on wheels for most, he's sort of obsessed with it, he thinks its hella cool, and likes watching it dance
He has alot of cat like tendencies, get a lazer pointer, and watch him go at it

god it was aggravating to walk anywhere in this place, it wasn't as bad as Tokyo of course, but that didn't mean much to him!
Atleast the people there weren't gargantuan towers! He'd just gotten back from a frustrating day of paperwork, and desk jobs, and he had no
time nor interest in battling through titans, but what can ya do?

"Hmm..." Masahiro paused his steady pace, and looked around, eyeing people, and buildings alike, god, lost.

"Ehh!?" He jumped as something collided with his boots.... A...Notebook?... His brows creased, and he looked up to see school supplies scattered behind him as well as a dark skinned woman who seemed young picking up the scattered items fervently

"Ah!" as soon as he realized the situation he leaned down, and picked up the scuffed up notebook, and began gathering other items aswell, it wouldn't do good for him to just keep walking while someone was clearly troubled behind him. After he'd gathered a handful of supplies he pulled himself up, and cleared his throat before holding it out to the stranger, OF COURSE wearing his prized little smile.
