this was our favourite place to stop on our hotel grounds in mexico. the water was so clear, as you can see, that you could see the bottom every day. it was actually runoff from the ocean nearby.

the water was perfectly clear - it was a creek that came right off of the ocean - the carribean - and the creek was lined with sand - therefore the wonderful colour.

these guys were so adorable! they travelled on eachother's backs whenever they felt tired or lazy - sometimes there would be 5+ in a line - with the first towing them all in the water

aren't these guys great? they were adorable - when the little ones got tired, they all climbed on top of eachothers backs and hitched a ride - starting with the biggest at the front, to the smallest.

every day we would feed them our buffet fruit leftovers - they loved it.
