It's a gorgeous portrayal of Kaneki. You've put some time into it and it shows. The only problem I see that keeps it from being perfect is the origin point of his kagune. It's too far up.
I don't know how long ago you started this, but it was explained fairly recently ghouls have 4 different RC types of kagune. These kagune are created from two kakuhou, one on each side, originating in different parts of the back. Starting from the top these points are at the shoulders (ukaku), middle back (koukaku), waist (rinkaku) and around the tailbone area (bikaku).
Toka's, for instance, is in her shoulders (ukaku), and she seems to only have one kakuhou while Ayato, her brother has two. Rize's, and now Kaneki's, originates in their waist (rinkaku). She had two, one of which was transplanted into him, on the same side you see his kakugan.
Tsukiyama's kagane sprouts from his middle back (koukaku) while Nishio's is at his tailbone (bikaku). Hinami is a rarer example, as she inherited both of her parents' types of kagune instead of just one, her mother's kouhaku and her father's rinkaku.
