Yay my first tutorial. Figures after some one saw my wallpaper.This took about a day. Hopefully I wont be lazy to make the effects part.
Erm, if you have trouble just post a comment.
Also I might add if you select something, make sure you deselect afterwards. Other wise you can't draw with anything in other words when you draw or type on paint.net, nothing will appear on the screen.
I think you can also do this in photo shop.
Sorry, I may not continue the second one. But if you just play around with the effects, you still might acheive the same way.

Well its ok.
I think in a way you can combine both the tutorials. Use this thing as a filter to make it more glow like.
This tutorial is pretty old and its been like what 2 years since this tutorial was made.

yea and the glowy part isnt necessary..less glow more blur makes it better than just glow

Like I said, old tutorial.
And fact, the rasagen does contain some glow depending which one you look at. The new ones contain alot of glow.
This is why I say you can make this and then over lay the second tutorial too.
There isn't a set way to make thing.

Lol, I am just lazy. I total forgotten this tutorial D:.
The line effect though are two different colors on seperate layers, bluring each of them differently and then using the glow effect.
