John said some amazing quotes, those kinds of things that make you stand still and think about the world, those philosophical words everyone needs to hear from time to time...
John Lennon was an incredibly intelligent man, though some people didn't notice so. I just want to pay tribute to him with this creation

I love that other quote too, where he's talking about his teacher asking him what he wanted to be when he grew up
I love The Beatles, but honestly, as much as an awesome man he was, my feelings about John are sometimes mixed. I don't like how he'd make fun of Brain Epstein so much or that he never spoke to the other Beatles at all in the 70's (mostly). But the music he made was great and it's such a shame he died.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about... the "happy" quote, isn't it?? He was lovely, very smart and witty, and he was 5 at that time, only 5 years old!!
Yes, I understand what you say. I also love The Beatles, and for me, they ruined everything when they started to fight for the songs and the money... and apparently the presence of Yoko wasn't very helpful... However, that finished and all the other Beatles kept in perfect contact. I suppose John had too much pride.
But despite that, I'll always love John Lennon, his songs and all the art he created when he was alive. Yes, it's horrible he died, but the most shameful thing here is he was assassinated, by a man with no qualms at all. I hope he'll never get out of jail, no matter how many times he demands for parole.

John was amazingly beautiful on both outside and inside, and the songs he created... just take a look at the lyrics, and shudder with his genius... listen to the nice tunes too. They speak for themselves!!
