wow I love her hair and her tail fins now maybe I'm dumb, but could you tell me what parts are done in which medium? I'm guessing the plants are in watercolour. I did do an oil pastel the other night. it sux0rz, but I'm practicing at least. XD

oil pastels are very hard to work with!

Actually, there are bits of all mediums throughout the entire piece, the plants were mostly acrylic, with highlights of colored pencil and watercolor, its really mixed up! Honestly Im not even sure what I used where...is that odd? its almost like im not even there when i paint, i couldnt describe the process cause im not sure how it even happened. lol.

wow that's amazing. I'd love to be like that, but at this point I have to really pay close attention to what I'm doing. And even then its usually like

You know...when I bid on these things, I'm sending you the money, but you're keeping the art! There's no way I'll let you part with them for so little money.

Thats the sweetest sentiment ever, and I admit that it does kill me to give them up so cheaply, but I couldnt be happier that they are going to a good home where they will be truly appreciated! And they ARE going to go to their new home! Im glad to see you get them! At least with them going to someone I know, I may get the chance someday to see them again!

I started opening a gallery (until a neighbor started making trouble). It's in one of my father's houses here in town. The whole thing is full of art and jewelry. Maybe I'll get it going again and start putting your art in there (the bids that I win). That will light the fire under my bum to finally open it. My poor goldfish are getting lonely keeping a watch on it all by themselves.

You know, I think that would be a fantastic thing! And the opening of my friends new Gallery, where my art is showing sounds like a great reason to visit too!

You're welcome anytime! It's just a hop skip and a jump from halfway to heaven. Somewhere between the rocks of paradise and the shores of tra la la.

Well, it's between the Texas City Refineries and the Sewage Processing Plant that dumps into the Bayou, but other than that it's the greatest place on earth.

My Dad surrounded the house with a plethora of trees, which makes it nice and private and a playground for all sorts of interesting wildlife.
