Made a base for an icon series. Feel free to use this for your own and join in!
I'm making the .psd file downloadable. If you have any trouble, feel free to comment with your question(s).For best results, alternate which set (left vs. right) starts the animation so you can link up with your friends' avatars in sequence.
I'll also make custom commissioned ones for anyone who wants. I'll just make 'em a buck each since I've already got a base. See my journal for full commission details.

You simply use the .pdf file which contains them all. Each frame is on a layer.
(Very important note: you need to set all the frames to 0.1 sec intervals to sync properly with any other existing brofists. Setting to 0 or "no delay" will cause mis-matching, as it plays at the viewer's computer's fastest possible rate at any given time.)
If you don't have photoshop for opening it, you can always use Gimp ( [link] ), which is a free opensource solution that works on all desktop OS platforms.
