A picture of my friend, cutipie6's Encanto oc name Rosa Madrigal, the daughter of Bruno Madrigal, born on July 20th (Colombian Independence Day) and she is 14 years old.

About her: Rosa is the only daughter of Bruno Madrigal. When she was born, her mother Carmen tragically died during childbirth. Bruno fell into despair from the lost of his wife, but when he first held baby Rosa he knew that he need her, and she needed him. By the time around when Mirabel door disappeared and she didn’t get a gift, Abuela asked Bruno for a vision, seeing the cracks and Mirabel in front of Casita. Knowing what he must do to protect his niece, he left his and room and the Casita, leaving his daughter behind. However he didn’t leave Casita, he just left his room and secretly lived in the walls, watching his family and seeing his daughter grow. Rosa was a bit shy, always distancing herself from others, and always felt like an outsider to her family, only being more comfortable around her cousins Mirabel and Antonio. Even as she grew up her father’s name was considered a taboo amount her family and the townsfolk, even her on some days but she still loves her father, remembering all the precious memories with him when she was young, but she also wonders why did he leave her and the family? Her gift was a special one, almost based of her father’s precognition, she is a Dream Interpreter, she can look into peoples dreams and can interpret them. A Good Dream can be good fortune, while a Nightmare can be bad fortune and sometimes even danger. Rosa often distanced herself from people when they ask about her gift, she knew how people would have a negative response from her father’s visions. So she never used her gift publicly the town, she feels more comfortable using her gift within her family. Often times she was afraid of her gift. But when Bruno reconciles with his family, returning back to his daughter, and Casita rebuilt, Rosa for the first time felt happy. She had her father back, and she used her gift on the townsfolk interpreting their dreams, she wasn’t afraid of her gift anymore. Knowing she had her family, flaws and all.
