In a nutshell, the official symbol of the Postal Service in Hungary was the horn, almost all the time. But the raven took over in 1973 and occupied the logo until 1990. So I saw the raven on the front of every post office and post box all along the '80s when I was a child. Now the horn's back and I don't really like its new modern design. Maybe because I really like Corvids. I always watched the crows fly by our house in huge murders (lol) and I still watch them after I moved away (like four times). I like to see them in anime. And I'm amazed how clever these modern dinosaurs have evolved.

No, mine are not stamp covered as yours are. Some are covered with bits of random torn road maps or different types of scrap wallpaper. I have done one that is painted in black and grey metallic tones. I will have to get some photos and post them. I just make them for my wife and grandchildren. Always had a thing for crows.
