I'm not really sure can we talk about cremation ashes (I'm sorry if I understood you wrong.) because he's the one who burn them and when he's doing that, he also takes their soul that is trapped in the ashes.
He can make compromises but in the end he always take their soul trapped in the ashes.......if what you meant is that person give him organs instead.
I'm not good English speaker so there can be some mistakes in understanding what you mean ...and also in my writings.

Ah, no. I thought that it mean that after the person died and was cremated, then he'd take their ashes. But what if they weren't cremated? What would he do then?
But he's the one who burns them, so that's different.
