I'm guessing Rouge just finished bandaging up Shadow's wound (or maybe she's about to apply more since the old stuff has bled through), but her reaction isn't what I'd be expecting here.Β Of course, I may not understand the Shadouge dynamic since I don't support the couple, but I would guess that Rouge would first be focused on patching Shadow up, and saving the loving for later.Β Unless, Rouge finds Shadow especially sexy when he's wounded like that.
