Description I have come to this conclusion... Water effects are FUN!

I L. O. V. E. this drawing. I'm so proud of it. And I worked so hard on it!

This drawing was done for . The theme this month is, "Water." So I figured... What better for that than a cat that can control water?

Oh, and I HATE blisters. Hate 'em, hate 'em, hate 'em. If you notice the one blemish on the side of Madison's upper chest, I drooled there. Blisters on your lip make you do that.

Yes, she is wearing a two-peice. Yes, she is wearing the bottoms.

Firstly, sorry for the delay in response

An interesting composition with a nice use of color to show depth and to move the viewer through the piece. There’s a good understanding of anatomy, and how to stylize it in a unique way. Although, it took me while to figure out her tail was a tail - maybe if it was slightly darker, more like the tone of her body, and was defined by a thicker outline, it would separate more from the background and be easier related to her body. I like the way you’ve varied the line thickness through the piece, especially the way you’ve used it to draw her nose and mouth. I’m also a bit confused by the rising splash on the left - is a part of the water, or her? If it is a part of the water, it would be better to leave it out, as it could be confused as a part of her tail. This is a nice use of different tones/colors of blue, with an interesting contrast between transparent water, silky hair, and glassy eyes. A little more clarity, and it will really shine!

uhm.. where in my group is written that the theme is water? if you wanted to enter the challenge, the theme is 'emotions' I think you misread something or have mistaken the groups
