A very impressive Satyr from World of Warcraft. I'm assuming she's using the "Digilegs" leg extensions (or something very similar) to get the goat-like legs.Related content

Wow. You may be right about the legs. I can't figure out the horns. They've got to weigh a lot even if they're low mass with no obvious strap under her chin or around her head holding them on is impressive!

Horns don't necessarily weigh a lot. The ones I made for my Illidan are styrofoam and latex. They can get that realistic texture and appearance without weighing too much. And there are ways of securing them underneath the wig without needing a chin strap.
Regardless, this costume looks fantastic!
