Description
This is Mr. Green, one of my favorite male-characters, from one of my favorite PPG episodes, "Substitute Creature"!
From this pic, I gave him a Burtony-style, although I thought he'll look cuter than the episode.
I have to say, this teacher is very sweet and of course very attractive, despite his scary-monster-looking appearances, even though it doesn't made him a bad guy. At the end, that's why the Powerpuff Girls learned that not all strange creatures-like person has to be a villian. Aww, I love Mr. Green
, he's the best substitute creature...err I mean teacher, hehe. 
Gah! I hate how the scanner did
, and forgive me for the arms, flaming-cape, and the horns(I know, not enough room).
