But for me, I did created 95 as 9's new friend, but also his adopted sister. ^w^
I always enjoy the brother-and-sister relationship between this two during the fandom. Even though their sibling-relationship may not be perfect, they did understand each other about their problems, and of course, their flaws. Though, 95 may be a kid-ragdoll and can be stubborn or over-protective, she does support 9 while trying to prove to him that he's unique.

just he's filled with glitches which some are fatal XD (cuz im evil 8D) plus he's so shy he hides behind 9 all the time XD but 9 dosent mind
