Yes, that is a Batgirl. Yes, that is a boob window. The story behind this is that's a prototype of Terry's batsuit that Batgirl is wearing, before Bruce worked out the kinks on the muscle enhancers. There's a whole thing to it, I'm just too lazy to type up. On another note, trying to emulate Batman Beyond's coloring style is not fun. It's all sharp angles and I'm used to flowy soft ones.Batman beyond belongs to Bruce Timm and DC comics

lol There is a reason that Toph pic is the only one I ever colored that way. It looked so easy in my head. Yours looks really good though. Could easily see it in the cartoon, especially love the batboots.
