I hope you do not mind some critisism.
Do not be afraid of contrast. If her hair is dark, make it really black. The anatomy seems wrong. Try to use reference and analyse it while using. I mean that, for example eyeball is actually a ball covered with eyelids. Then show it! Another point is that you've shown too much of the top of her head, while the point of view on her face is more from below than from above.
And just one more point. I'd advise you to edit your scans/shots before posting. it really helps a work to stand out.)
