This is a good picture, the colouring is done beautifully and there is a sense of depth. I really like the detail to the eye and the way tojust seems to glisten. Te background really matches the two pokemon too, it's simply yet effective.

However I wouldn't say it is great because the amatony of the eeveelution is a bit wrong. Leafeon's neck is a bit too long and Glaceon's body wouldn't be that long too even if it's stand behind Leafeon. There is something about it's face too that doesn't seem right- i think it might be a bit too oblong. Also for Glaceon's paws, the "elbow" doesn't bend that low, it doesnt really bend like that all. From pictures I've have seen of it, it's straight.
