I don't do a whole lot of kitbashing. Honestly, I can count on one hand the times I've done some major repainting to a toy and I can count even less the amount of times it was actually successful. (I'm not counting little tweaks like painting in the hubcaps or tail lights. I'm talking outright drastic repainting.) I thought these two looked nice, so I thought I'd throw them up here.

The first one was a repaint of the Fall for Cybertron Jazz into my namesake. For years, I used an old Webdiver toy 'Jaguarion' as my "robot self"... The silly things you end up saying aloud in this fandom... But Jaguarion is just not that good of a toy, and honestly... I wanted to try something better. I picked Jazz because he had that curvy chassis that seemed to really fit. (It was either him or TF: Prime Wheeljack. And Jazz was on overstock clearance for $9.) I'm not happy with the head, and I tried to cut off the horns a bit to make him a little less Jazz-like, but hopefully it's enough. I gave him FoC Magnus' sword, because if the name is MachSABRE... Shouldn't he have a sword? Just seems to make sense to me. (I might try to get another one and repaint him into Ricochet, but I'll worry about that later.)

As for Bumblebee, here's the thing. That Stealth Bumblebee color scheme? I've always liked it. I really liked it in the third season of TF: Prime when he inverted his color schemes, and I wanted to try it here. I thought it turned out okay.
