a bento box i made for myself.edit:
top, from left to right:
blanched green beans, red bell pepper, a cherry tomato, spinach ball with carrot detail, three onigiri wrapped in nori and spinach leaf, more green beans, a carrot star, a red bell pepper star on romaine leaf.
bottom, from left to right:
2 quail eggs and chopped red bell pepper on spinach leaf, some more chopped red bell pepper and carrot stars on romaine leaf, soy sauce fish, a carrot pumpkin, a cherry tomato, a physalis, another cherry tomato and a clementine pumpkin. (stem of pumpkins is spinach leaf)

this bento was made when i was a vegetarian... of course i know that quail eggs aren't vegan

no, i am vegan now (and of course don't eat any kind of eggs), but this bento was made when i was a vegetarian

yes, you cook them in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
