First of all, it's nice to see a female Cyclops among all the male versions.
The surreal touch of your work makes it really interesting to look at. The clear crosshatching brings that out very well. I also like the well made nose and mouth, not to mention the tic tac toe which is an interesting detail and a nice way to avoid a blank cheek.
Unfortunately I have a problem with the eye. In my opinion it's a little too big and looks like it's not a real part of the woman. I think the main problem is the perspective, it doesn't fit with the rest (or so it seems). The perspective of the head is half profile but the one of the eye looks frontal. I also think that the white line on the left of the eye could be more thin or even erased. Right now it backs up the impression that the eye is not a real part of the woman. But the eye itself is made as great as all the other parts of her face. I also like the muted colours which worke very well here. But one question: Is it purpose that you used a different black for the eye? Mostly you used a more grayish one.
It's a well made piece and it's impressive that you could make a Cyclops nearly look like a 'normal' human and not like a monster.
