I love his outfit and the texture in it.
I would suggest slightly blurring at the edge of his face where the lines meet the background. not a lot, but slightly so it's not such a high contrast between the background and Victor. As it is not, is looks a little like his face is cut and pasted on.
Other than that, I really like the details in his outfit and his hair, nice details
