However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. John 16:13
finally I took some time to draw.. it has been weeks since I could. time is simply not a luxury I have as of late. It has been very stressful to keep a clear head with all the things I have to do.
.. So I'm glad that I finally could finish this piece in which I tried to capture some of the many feelings that circulate in my mind lately.
..I take comfort that God and His Word will protect against all deception and lies.. I take comfort that even in the deepest, core-centered darkness, His word and truth shine the brightest..
.. All to the Glory of God.
I hope and pray that this work might be of good inspiration. x

Great monster design. Overall very emotive piece, and an excellent application of Bible verses. They lead me to interpret your work this way: Yes, the devil is our greatest adversary, but it's not what happens to us that we should fear. It's the lies we might be fooled into believing. Jesus is the antidote, the anti-lie, the Truth.

Can't help but picture the even bigger FINGER of God just outside the frame, dwarfing His foes, but still choosing to shame the proud with honoring the humble, and belittling the great and mighty with upholding the weak and tiny. Praises to His wisdom and glory.

First of all, my sincere apologies for my late reply.. I've had several buzy months on personal level, making me unable to reply here.. :< I'm sorry.
but I am glad that this piece could provide some comfort for your pain, whatever it might be.
perhaps this might help you, it's one of Jesus lessons during his ministry. And altough it has happened such a long time ago, it provides such a strong comfort for us nowadays.. I hope these verse might give you comfort as well.
Matthew 6
Do Not Worry
