That's Rokkusan's OC Selena in her half mermaid aspect. The OC is from her story GMO-Project.
I liked many of her characters, but I'd finally chosen Selena because I always wanted to draw a mermaid.

Inspiration for the background: art nouveau ^^
I tried to blend tombow markers with the blender and a little water to make a watercolour effect.
