GAH. I'M SORRY I'M SORRY I'M SORRY I'M SORRY!!! D'X I know... "more Kingdom Hearts?!?!?!" :'[[ This was on my WIP 'waiting list' and...it...sort of just...happened? x3
Anywho, this was very fun to do. Challenging, but fun. The water proved...difficult. T^T All in all, though, I am [surprisingly] fairly proud of this. Oh and...that thing in the background? It's supposed to be "the island." -EPIC FAIL- I love the concepts behind the KH plot.

I love the soft colours in this. The contrast between the sharp figure and the gentle blurred background is so effective. The range of colours you've used to display the water is amazing and gives it a real sense of depth. The bright pearly white reflections are also very intelligently placed and give the picture a more realistic feeling. The dark 'Island' in the background looks both welcoming and foreboding. You've presented that in a very effective way with the bright sky behind it. I adore the way that you've done the sky, the stippled highlights are just wonderful and create such a romantic feel.
The figure is very well drawn and the shadows are so beautifully added, they create a sense of depth which is so needed in an image like this. It helps it to stand out and lift itself off the page. The movement and texture in her hair is just lovely and it brings us closer to her as a character. You have also made the whole image look very tactile and textured which adds a very interesting element to it. Lovely work
