Just from looking at your close-ups, I can tell it's probably does look much better in real life than how the scanner did. However, sometimes scanners can help us find those flaws and help us improve. They exaggerate on the areas we don't execute as well. ^^ Do you still wish for a critique from me?
Overall, you did a beautiful job with this and my favorite part would be the mountains (the one on the right, closest to the bear especially). You've done a great job with giving them texture, mixing colors, and each one having a slightly different shape from the rest. The one on the far right is my favorite of them all because it shows a little more detail in the rocks and because it stands out from the rest due to its lighting and contrast between the sky.

Mm, a critique would be nice, but omit anything about the feet. I'm not pleased whatsoever about how the front paws came out, so yeah. Anything else would be fine. <3

Alright - I'll ignore the feet.
The majority of the anatomy was executed pretty well, but I would just raise the hind a little. It seems to be going a little too low, even for a bear. Here's a good example of a bear: [link]
The overall major thing I would recommend to focus on is your coloring. You did a nice job with getting texture and neutral colors in, but now you want to make the colors stand out a little more. Exaggerating the lights and darks can really help an artist out, and the finishing results never look extremely exaggerated. So if you practice on lights and darks, I think you'll do just fine. ^^ Keep up the amazing work!

I see what you mean about the hind, but the reference I used (one I took at a zoo a few years ago) had the bear with his front half on a rock and therefore his back and hind legs were lower then the front. I did that in the painting but I didn't really make it seem that way with the front legs. But that was the purpose anyways. :\
I'll definitely work on the colours, in the near future. And dramatic lights and darks are fun, not to mention they look so much better.
Thanks Shanree <3
