I watched Fantastic Beasts this WE and *warning spoiler* I was so disappointed that Credence dies at the end (well, in fact he is not, but I didn't know it at the moment
) that I felt the inner duty to give him a tribute. I don't feel 100% satisfied by his hair but it was a quite pleasant moment painting with this melancholic gaze staring at me <3

Oh I recognized him right away! I loved this character's development, he and Graves were my favourite in the film. I just love those golden highlights that you added, they really make the piece stand out!

Your welcome, my heart crawled into a knot at the scene where Tina stood down his Obscurus and was talking him down. All that pain, hurt and grief not only in his eyes but swirling around him like that. I wish those two had interacted more.

I agree this moment was definitely too short. I wished I could jump in the screen to give him a hug ! And that unique obscurial, the oldest in millions years of magic killed by banal magic was just a waste. 😶

Well whose to say he is actualy dead; a piece of the Obscuras did manage to crawl away from the attack that Newt noticed. And given the reaction of the other witches and wizards no one really understands Obscurials; just view them as a threat to be put down. Given that that and the fact Credence got passed 10 I am hoping the poor guy has a few tricks even he was unaware he had and his obscurus can pull him back together.
It was to short a moment but also brilliantly shot; for a swirling cloud of death the creators sure made his Obscurus expressive. I mean the moment he hears Tina you can see the bloodlust drain into vurable confusion at the sight of the one person who helped him and never asked for anything in return. Katherine Waterson did a great job has Tina and you could really feel her guilt and sympathy has he face down the Obscurus. Guilt that she was unable to save the boy from his homelife due to the ministry rules that is compounded at the realisation Credence is one of their own; now warped and twisted into this tormented creature because no one knew who he was.
Seriously this film got really dark.
