Description this was done for the competition by

hope it's good, keldeo is using hydro pump and charizard flamethrower.
charizard is my favourite pokemon so i hope i did him justice. i apologise if it looks a bit flat as i had exams for 2 weeks and managed to colour it in photoshop elements in a day
