Description New or reclaimed from industry materials: Deerskin, ceramic button, acrylic paint, bone blade, lambskin

Secondhand/recycled/found materials: Deer leg bone

Knife length: 14"

Sheath length: 13"

Description: I found a number of deer bones in the Pennsylvania woods years ago; they had been weathered and coated in moss, and this is one of the last ones I have left. I preserved the natural coloration from the moss and soil and sealed it in, and then paired the bone with a bone blade to create the base of this knife. The hilt is wrapped in green and brown leather to match the bone's coloration.

More leather encases the knife in a sheath of green and brown. The front is adorned with a button featuring a running stag made by a local artisan, with acrylic paint accenting added by me. The belt loops on the sheath make this knife easy to wear for rituals and other sacred occasions--just be aware that the knife is delicate, and the bone can not be given an edge or a point.

Price: $150
