I went through a bunch of different tail styles and decided to go with this--I might try using the other ones I thought of for different pictures.I loovvee mermaids, so I'm happy to finally finish a mermaid picture--yay!

This mermaid jewel has alot of trailing hair, like jellyfish tentacles. She must live out in the open, moonlit ocean, huh? Very beautiful, well done!

Thanks! I drew it originally as a desktop for myself, so I don't mind if other people use it for that purpose.
Mm, I think there's a huge difference between saving people's work to your files and simply using it as a desktop than editing and redistributing it/claiming it as your own.
So yeah, if you want to use it just for your own desktop, that's okay, I don't mind. ^_^

It's okay! Thanks for asking! I don't understand why some artists are picky about even just saving it if you don't do anything else, but it doesn't bother me--I don't see any harm at all. I have only come across one artist who didn't like it, but that seems very rare and I'm glad everyone else seems to be okay with it. ^_^
