You have a good handle on the media, but you did not go all the way with the subject matter, there are missing bits and pieces around the neck and the wrist. What happened to the rest of the screwdriver? It is a beautiful rendering but it just doesn't look finished.

Its actually supposed to be like that. The original picture's background is Completly white.
He's also wearing a suit with a black tie which explains why his neck is the same as the background. He's also wearing doctor gloves which are white as well. >.<
