Description
So despite my love of Sailor Moon, I've never actually seen the R arc in the anime (or Stars! I don't know how I've missed these...though I've read all of the manga of course). I really disliked Chibiusa in most of the series but for some reason I like her in R! I feel badly for her...she's just a scared little girl. Even when eating ice cream I imagine her just feeling unsure the entire time she's hanging in the past with her mom's weird past self.My art goal was using a pattern in the background...accomplished!
