As for this screen shot, because of that gray scarf is tied around his waste like that, the top half of his clothes will hang down like that when he is bending down, thus creating this illusion that he has 'boobs.' And you will also notice that you don't see the line that goes down the center of the chest that would otherwise suggest that he is a woman.
