Were do you see the dystopian element? (Sorry if this sounds condescending. It's not meant this way. I just wondered.

I title things after the feel I get from them and the story they begin to create in my mind. For me, the steely coloured background, the cold, muted colours and the slight sadness to her expression all give a sense of something not right. Yet, in amongst all this, is a beautiful woman. We're not able to see the crumbling world in which she lives but for this moment we don't have to, as the focus is on her. The last glimmer of beauty in a dying dystopia.
