I had very little time to work on this, but I wanted this to be complete for Kotori's birthday.
She's my favorite character out of all of the Love Live! school idol project girls, and I really love her Alter design!
It wasn't until I started working on this that I realized how detailed this outfit was ;_;. I struggled and strained myself so much to get this finished in time
Either way, I really loved working with these colors <3
