Granted, we only saw how the crown worked on ONE character, and one that was barely human to begin with: Toadette.
Though your not the only one who's said something like this, and I'm confused, HOW exactly does the crown work? I'd like to know for future reference(when I start drawing, I'd definitely want my art to be as realistic as possible(in it's physics and item mechanics)... well, as realistic as fetish art and cartoon characters can be. XD ).

Well i've seen a screenshot of someone saying that the crown only works on Toadette, and any other character that touches it just gets coins but that doesn't stop people from going around making fanart of other characters having the effects of the crown.
Anyways, the context of why i said "Someone who actually understands how the crown works!" is because most people would just put "ette" at the end of the characters name which (in my opinion) should only be done if it is a combination of the character and Toadette, when in reality the crown would actually just combine the character wearing the crown and Peach. And therefore, it should be a combination of the wearers name and Peach's instead of Toadette's.
Unfortunately with how ignorant the people on the internet are, once something like this has gotten this far it's pretty much too late and there is little we can do but inform them of what they are doing wrong and how to correct it... Even though we already know they will refuse to accept the truth.

The whole issue with the "ette" might actually because they're parodying "peachette", so they share names, regardless, I wouldn't say either way is correct or incorrect, and if people make alternate versions of characters, they can name them whatever the hell they want, but I digress...
