Looks a lot like Corvus, eh? Good, they are from the same caste of the same race of cosmic beings. Andromeda, unlike Corvus, didn't defect from their society. Andromeda is an honour guard to the highest rank. Fits the three adjectives well I'd say uvu/Related content

And those wings, dear lord they look menacing! That one open eye probably helps insisting fear on his enemies, which for a (supposed) good guy makes him quite... menacing.
