Just recently been getting into the Persona franchise, and just love Aigis. Stinks that the prequel game never got nationalized. I'm curious how the game would have been like story wise. I know it's an Aigis action game, and that's about it.

If you mean Persona 3 fes, it did come to the us, I saw it in a store a few years back. Sadly I didn't buy it because I didn't know anything about the persona or SMT games at the time. Still regret not buying it when I had the chance.

No, I don't mean that. There was a literal prequel game where you only play as Aegis, but it was only released in Japan. Supposedly, it ended with a boss fight against the Death shadow that was Ryoji's true form.

Yes that's persona 3 fes (festival) the story takes place after the events of p3, after the protagonist sacrafices himself and on the day of the sees group disbanded. What happens is time ends up being frozen and the sees group finds themselves trapped in the dorm, they come to find that there is a counterpart to tarterus. They have to solve the mystery of this new dungeon and in this segment you play as Aigis who even though she lost her persona she somehow can now use the p3 protagonists persona.
I can link you a video playthrough of the game, and it still has english voice acting. Persona 3 fes was an enhanced version of persona 3 but to get to the Aigis story segment you had to complete the main story first.

I know that FES has a new epilogue, which is awesome(and will be once I get to that part of the gameplay XD). But that's not the game I'm talking about.

Oh, the phone game..., ok yha my mistake. I did legitimately forget that existed, cus there was also a second p3 mobile game called "persona 3 mobile" that was a spin-off. I'm just not to keen on playing mobile games or giving them much attention, so didn't really look into them at all.
