it is so hard to get pass the stirring part. any one have a tip of how to get past it .....?

I think there's a certain way you have to stir it. I've tried moving my mouse around the liquid instead of the bowl, and I halfway finished stirring.

Nevermind, I found it. You're supposed to stir over the reflection of the light.
The reflection on the tea, you're supposed to stir over that in a circular motion.

the trick to the spoon in case anyones wondering is you have to click all around the bowl in a circle as fast as you can

Actually you don't have to click, just running the mouse around in a circle works even better.
