Really like how you colour. You got jewels and hair down. Really like the design on her thigh-'armour'. I don't really do critiques, but I'll attempt.
What I've noticed is the lighting. You have a main light that's coming from her right (the viewer's left) but there's lighter value on her back. Choosing only one light source would help significantly in receiving a balance in your painting, as well as more realism (not necessarily without fantasy, if that makes sense).
Once again, I really, really love how your coloured her. Are the colours symbolic? Red, green, and yellow seem very Hispanic to me. Does she have that background?
Another thing might be to keep the shades of red the same. You have a bright raspberry red for the ribbon, why not use that as the highlight in her hair? It might help.
I would love to see more of her. Something that comic artists do is try to fit more of her body into the full frame. Photographers crop between joints, but because artists can erase and move around body parts, no crops are necessary. If there was a different pose, maybe something more dynamic (foreshortening is always a win) could really liven her up. I understand you took a concept pose from Magna Carta (sp?) which is good to practice with different poses, but try something that gives her spark. She seems to have the attitude containing lots and lots of energy and spunk (I see it in her face--good job on that as well!) but it seems she feels she can't move much. Try her out! Don't be shy.
As far as anatomy goes, I'd check out lots of hand references. They're the most challenging to draw, but they're my favourite because of the challenge. Once you can master hands, there's so many expressions in them it'll make your paintings explode!
One last thing--and I'm also a culprit for this--is a background. It doesn't have to be much. Just something that'll bring her out more. Complimentary colours works really well. I don't recommend using a photo and just Gaussian blurring it and dropping opacity...just a simple painting. Some swirls or whatever you think might make her look even more awesome.
Keep drawing and practicing! You already awesome! Don't give up! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile) - "/>

She looks a little more green and wind oriented than a Sol to me. To me she looks like a Celestine, but it's your OC.
Great work.
