From an exchange of ideas, we create the millenium version of aquaman's sidekick.

But tempest became a bit of messed up character, so we tried to simplify him, using the original ideas from the comissioner.

Riptide is a bastard mutant son of the current king of Atlantis. His father left Atlantis at a young age and traveled the surface world for years.

So, Riptide is a tactil telekinectic water field and thus has the ability to control and shape water as well as able to generate a moldable "wave field" which is a kinetik energy from water molecules.

Thus, he propells himself through the air or through the water using this field as well capable of mold, attack, defend and propel hiumself.
