Yes, it is Cable.Β It's an old animation I did a few years ago while playing around with Flash MX.
I had my old avatar far too long. So I changed it.

Well I used a lot, I can't remember to be honest. But if you look the spritesheet you may note which ones I used.

Just Spiderman's, I avoided to use another char or another version from Spiderman (other gifs, mugen chars, etc) to preserve the same palette.
Ohh and I also used Rock from CvS as the reference for the animation.
