Well, Is there any possible way.. That you could do one of Scout x Sniper of course.
Maybe in a Dark type of area, snowy if possible, if it doesn't look good, your decision on what to do. 
You could do them Kissing, if not just make them hug.
The scout would have on an El Jefe, Track Terrorizer, and a Merc's scarf.
Sniper would have Your worse nightmare, Outback Intell, and a Hootsalot, without his glasses on.
